孟村煤矿主立井装备的设计与选型

摘要: 以孟村煤矿主立井装备为例,对罐道、罐道梁、井梁连接、防腐设计等内容进行了详细的叙述。针对大型提升容器井筒装备中罐道梁跨度大、受力大,挠度难以控制的问题,提出了增加罐道梁支承梁的方式以减小挠度,并对此建立了力学计算模型,给出了支承梁的连接方式和计算校核方法,使此类井筒装备的设计更加安全可靠。

Abstract: Based on Mengcun mine, the main shaft equipment , such as the shaft guide, bunton, attended model and anticorrosion method, are detailed in this paper. Since buntons used in large ship are often long-spaned and heavily loaded, the deflection is usually excessive. In order to solve this problem, it is proposed to support the bunton by a beam. The beam structure feature and strength calculation are also given. These measures make the equipment safer and more reliable.
